As part of its on-going technology upgrade the Sir Jules Thorn Charitable Trust is pleased to be able to offer an online application system for charities seeking funding under the Ann Rylands Small Donations Programme.

This online system is offered in addition to the existing methods of submitting completed application forms and supporting documentation, by e-mail attachments or by post.

The online application system may be accessed via the left hand menu bar or through the Programmes > Ann Rylands Small Donations Programme.  In order to submit an application, charities will first have to qualify by successfully completing the criteria questionnaire and then registering a charity e-mail address, after which a confirmatory e-mail will be sent by the system to the e-mail address entered during the registration process.  The confirmatory e-mail contains a link that will complete the registration progress and allow charities to log in to the system, fill out an application form, attach supporting information and submit the application to the Trust.

The online system allows applicants to begin and save a form for completion/submission at a later date.  Charities will also be able to check their application history, view previous applications and print previous applications (for applications submitted online).  The system will prevent charities from submitting more than one application within a 12-month period.

Feedback on the system would be most gratefully received by the Trust on 0207 487 5851 or
